Bridge is a great space for parties. A fabulous exhibit in the gallery, a fully equipped kitchen with lounge, an outdoor patio, and gardens all contribute to an offbeat environment. And there’s more. Wide concrete walkways are perfect for skating, skateboarding, chalk drawing contests, handball, frisbee and a host of other activities. With no need to worry about sound, it’s a great place to jam.
The whole site is private and safe. Located only a mile from Point Richmond it’s a short hop for a food or beverage run. And we’re conveniently located off 580, easy access from the east bay or Marin.

I love coaching artists. They make “regular” people seem like dullards. No offense meant to those of you who don’t claim the artist appellation. But when I asked my last client to think of a solution for a problem she was experiencing, she came up with five! And right of the top of her head-snap, snap, snap.
Just think of the energy generated, the possibilities that can be created, the synergy that can come from a group of artists. This is one of the cool things about Bridge ArtSpace. The more artists and arts events we have, the more juice there is.
Having other folk around with similar, yet different experiences, to use as sounding boards and to offer ideas is a wonderful resource. Brainstorming sessions get everyone excited and lots of great ideas and plans get developed.

Would you like to have your art hanging in a local gallery? How about if it’s also in an “online” gallery? And what if the site will host a reception for you and be the site for a party of thirty business people and their families? The July meetup is an opportunity to bring your art, artist statement and perhaps get selected to hang in a show at Bridge ArtSpace at 23 Maine Ave. in Richmond. Artists participating in the July “meetup” will have the opportunity to be selected for the next show. Sign up at the meetup site below.
